Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring back the old transform tool.
2. Remove the updated version.
3. Add the rotation option.
4. If needed to keep the tool this way, make it something you can change in the setting.

Explanation

This isn't a bug, but PLEASE add rotation to the transform. It is very frustrating and limiting to many Bloxburg players who add a lot od details to their plot. Like to make realistic siding you would need the rotation tool. I truly don't get why this has gotten removed, I truly don't see how it could be harmful. BRING BACK TTHE OLD TRANSFORM TOOL!!
