Steps to Reproduce

1. Join any Bloxburg server and play/build normally.
2. Parts of the map start disappearing and reappearing randomly while moving or building.
3. The issue happens in every server, even after reinstalling Roblox.

Explanation

Since January 15th, parts of the map constantly disappear and reappear. I already reinstalled Roblox, tested different servers, and it still happens. It is terrible to play like this and I can barely build anymore. I attached images and a video showing the bug. Please fix this.
