Unable to Reenter or Respawn Vehicles After Use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn car
2. Get in car (click and press "use")
3. Get out of car (jump - spacebar)
4. Click to get in car again (no prompt available anymore)
5. Can't use car at all. Stuck in location

Explanation

Anytime i drive a vehicle it doesn't let me back into it. I'll originally spawn it then drive it out my house then i'll get out the car to close my door then go to get back in and i cant for some reason. Or i'll drive to a job, get out the car then try to get back in and i cant. Now its not even letting me respawn the cars when i teleport home and try to respawn them. Please help! I also have a second video that shows i cant respawn them but it doesn't let me attach 2 files
