Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn the TV on
2. Switch to the news or cooking channel
3. Press watch
4. Switch channels
5. You will see that you still get points/XP from it

Explanation

while watching something on the tv which gives you skill points (cooking or intelligence), if you try to switch channels to another broadcast you still get the skill points from the initial channel you started watching which means you have to press the tv or remote and click watch again to actually switch the channel.
