Unable to Copy or Recolor Specific Items on Certain Plots

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into an affected plot
2. Place a cube or carpet
3. Attempt to use the Copy tool on the object
4. Attempt to use the Color tool on the same object
5. Notice that neither action works, despite working normally on other plots

Explanation

I'm experiencing an issue where I can't copy or recolor certain placed items, specifically cubes and carpets. After placing one of these objects, the game doesn't let me use the copy tool on it, nor does it allow me to change its color afterward. The issue only occurs on certain plots, on other plots, everything works normally. My affected plot is only at 68% data, so it doesn't appear to be related to reaching the plot data limit. This makes building very frustrating, as I have to manually replace objects instead of copying or editing them
