#296 Module Viewer Disappears After Saving and Loading Game

Explanation
No bug, just a suggestion. It would be really nice if you could move the Module Viewer screen around the window like a Pop-up, particularly for Ultrawide monitor users. Great game with a very good Interface and neat innovations on the genre.
