Steps to Reproduce

1. Simply get in the car
2. The UI for ALPR will not pop up
3. ALPR does not work in smart storm

Explanation

New CIU VHP Durango does not have ALPR UI in the vehicle. The vehicle itself shows the ALPR cameras on top, however the UI does not pop up. It also does not show in smart storm.
