Steps to Reproduce

1. Start job at Electronics Counter
2. Leave game/leave coutner/randomly get bugged???
3. Kiosk becomes stuck in an unusable state.

Explanation

Electronics Counter at Target is extremely bugged. Works upon fresh server, but otherwise slowly breaks as server progresses as more kiosks become unusable, and those still working have the NPCs slowed to a snail's pace or stopped completely.
