Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to VHP
2. go to car spawner
3. Try signing out/spawning car

Explanation

Cannot spawn cars on VHP team Cannot spawn my insert, or any normal car. Neither can you sign the vehicle out of the selection box. I did try to rejoin and switch teams then switch back again but that failed to do anything. Seems like a server sided bug or game bug.
