Radio on Port Police Belts Not Functioning Correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Locker
2. Choose any belt (I Chose Belt 1 because it is my main)
3. Once equipped go to the radios and equip one
4. Once you equip key up (You will only get the shoulder Mic animation)

Explanation

Port Police Belts are glitched

You cannot use the radio provided on the belt for any Port Authority Belt.
When you equip and key the radio you go into the Shoulder Microphone Animation instead of picking up the portable in your hand.
