Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Vix Team
2. Spawn VIX Crown vic from motor pool
3. Go to Boot of Crown vic
4. Press E to try open; should see "Access Denied"

Explanation

Can't access the trunk of the Vix Crown Vic when on vix team.
