Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place cash into SP vault
  2. Second person joins who has more XP than you
  3. Attempt to remove your cash from the vault

Explanation

Was working solo in SP, had a decent amount of cash in the vault. Was working there for at least 1-2 hours. Second person joined, and I was unable to remove my cash from the vault since the new person had more XP than me. The new person was able to sell firearms using the cash that I had stored in the vault at no cost to him.
