Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to spawn in the slicktop insert after purchasing it and rejoining the game.
2. Game throws out an error message.

Explanation

EMS slicktop insert says you need an active premium subscription ingame to spawn it, but the website says it doesn't need an active premium subscription.
