Steps to Reproduce

1. Get in a car and speak through the PA
2. VC will not work apart from using the PA

Explanation

Vehicle loudspeaker breaks voice chat after using. If you use the loudspeaker in your vehicle then your voice chat will only work and players will only hear you if you speak through the loudspeaker/PA after that. The icon will be above the players head if they are out of the vehicle however no audio will come through.
