Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ensure that only officers have the capability to put gun license suspicions on citizens.
  2. Verify the current implementation to see if it allows non-officers to put gun license suspicions on citizens.
  3. Implement or modify the system to restrict the capability to officers only.

Explanation

I have taken this up with an in-game mod, and it seems that the “system” put a suspension on my gun license and cannot be lifted my any SBI officer or moderator.
