Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a gas station with the VHP CIU Dodge Charger
2. Attempt to pump gas into the car
3. Observe if the gas pump allows you to pump gas
4. Attempt to take gas out of the car
5. Observe if the gas pump allows you to take gas out of the car

Explanation

VHP CIU 24 Dodge Charger sometimes can't have gas pumped into it forcing you to respawn the car which is very annoying.
