Steps to Reproduce

1. Either claim or buy a insert within the website.
2. Find an ew server to use your insert in.
3. Go to kai's to claim.
4. Overall it wont appear at all.

Explanation

Claimed inserts don't register and you don't get your paid insert at all. I lost my insert due to a bug and support reclaimed a BMW M3 To my account, I went over to claim it on both dealerships even in newer servers. I couldn't claim it at all. I waited 3 hours joined countless servers. It never gave me my insert
