Steps to Reproduce

1. Have some sort of touchscreen monitor
2. Get into any vehicle

Explanation

Mobile UI for vehicle appears even when on PC (touchscreen), I believe you can change if UserInputService.TouchEnabled then to if UserInputService.TouchEnabled and not UserInputService.KeyboardEnabled and not UserInputService.MouseEnabled then for it, it may be wrong.
