Unable to Re-place Previously Removed Objects with Place Object Tool

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place any object 5 times
2. take the objects back
3. try to replace them or place the same obejct again, you cant

Explanation

With place object tool, after taking down objects, u cannot place the same object anymore. For example if I placed 5 fences, which is the max limit i can place, and then take them all back, when i try to replace them It doesn't let me anymore unless I switch object. This issue happens on all of the objects that gets placed with the place object tool such as for EMS, FD and VDPS.
