Explanation
Last week I purchased a 7 day Premium Pass. The 150 gold was deducted from my balance (I purchased 300 Reddit gold in order to complete the transaction) but the Premium Pass never activated. I play the game on my laptop and mobile devices. The day this occurred also saw my daily goal list getting restarted a second time (within an hour or so of our having been reset at the 24 hour mark), which I'm assuming was because I logged on with my phone after playing on my laptop. I'm afraid to try another purchase without understanding why this one didn't work.
