Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on a pig
2. Drag to another pig that is next to two other pigs
3. Change your mind last second about merging and move your cursor away as you drop your pig
4. Two of 4 pigs disappeared

Explanation

Two of my pigs merged without the merge words and disappeared
