Failed to Receive Today's Sticker Pack (Purple) in Farm Merge Valley

Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened Farm Merge Valley
2. Tapped the Collect button for the daily reward
3. Observed that the daily reward box did not react, though I noticed the supply box button was moving in the background (i.e. the game was not frozen)
4. Tapped the Leave button
5. Restarted the game
6. Observed the silver coin in a bubble from the daily reward but the sticker pack did not appear
7. Closed and restarted, still no sticker pack
8. Went to the jungle island and back, still no sticker pack

Explanation

I did not receive today's sticker pack (Purple) when I logged in. I tapped to Collect the daily reward, but the app did not respond, so I closed it. When I restarted the app, I received the silver coin in a bubble, but no sticker pack.
