Explanation

Jungle reward bug - 2 items appears to be claimed but no items received
I was playing on phone at the moment when after Jungle i returned to the farm and i wanted to claim the 2 bronze keys <:Key1Bronze:1295719714395389972> and 2 brush <:Toolbox1Small:1332483221476347934> (level 9 and 10), I clicked on them and i got non of them, i looked over the farm several times, i thought im blind. I couldn't find them in bubbles, I think its might be a bug.
Can I get help with it please?
