Explanation

I just opened this game and as usual every morning I receive the daily reward.

I was supposed to get a blue gift box and an orange card pack from the daily gift, but I only got the blue gift box, the orange card pack hasn't been opened yet and now it just disappeared, even after rejoining multiple times and open the sticker album, it still can't be found.

I don't have screenshots of the reward claim or the bug that occurred, 'cause I don't know how to access the daily reward progress.
