Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy 7-day premium pass
2. Wait for the pass to expire
3. Try to collect stone or trees after seeing an ad
4. Most of the time (1 in 5-10 times) the ad does not show – I see the error talking about preferences
5. Clear all your cookies and cache
6. Try to collect stone or trees after seeing an ad again
7. Result the same as in the previous attempt

Explanation

Add could not be shown because of player settings – what on earth does that mean? Ads are suddenly not loading after my 7-day premium pass ended. Can you be more specific? What do I need to do? I've cleared the cache and ALL cookies in my browser. I am on Edge and play via MSN. Please show a more informative error message, something that will help me resolve the issue that you inform me about. Now I can't play smoothly because the ads show 1 time on 10 clicks on FREE. :( :( :(
