Steps to Reproduce

1. Tossing the thrusters
2. Immediately looking away

Explanation

I was playing Gunner and doing the Resinite mission. I couldn't use my weapons, shield or grenades after tossing thrusters. I couldn't do anything, including interacting with objects, even after dying.
