Falconer Q+R ability interferes with E ability usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. I was playing DRG ROGUE CORE with the FALCONER.
2. My Q+R ability was used and in Cooldown.
3. I accidentally pressed both Q and R and showed an animation petting the falcon (the usual R interaction while full ammo).
4. After that, I couldn't use my E to deposit expenite or activate supply drops.
5. I wasn't with shadow gaming and couldn't clip it.

Explanation

Falconer Q+R prevents using E for interacting with other things, like depositing
