Bio enhancers cause player to become immobile

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock bio enhancer and as you select the upgrade, get any other action/animation to trigger.
2. Dwarf is now locked in place.
3. Spam jump and sometimes Q to get the dwarf loose, as if there is a terrain hitbox locking them in.

Explanation

Bio enhancers will lock a player in place if you take any other action. For example take a drone upgrade, or deposit expanite.
