Steps to Reproduce

1. Get grabbed or downed
2. Repeatedly press buttons to get a particular voice lime from Omega

Explanation

Clipping through walls while getting grabbed, camera warping to a diffrent location when getting downed. 1 of 3 videos (i will make two other bug reports i for some reason can only submit one file per bug report) I think it might have had something to do with the box that you need to reboot that updates locations on your terrain scanner
