Confusion during first depths 2 dive: knockback field behavior

Steps to Reproduce

1. Throw the first core to the h***
2. It barely rolled in before the knockback field launched me
3. It took two health states from the keeper
4. Remove the shield
5. Throw in the second core
6. The keeper was defeated and one core remained

Explanation

Howdy found this while doing my first depths 2 dive ,it did not make the dive unbeatable but it was kind confusing when i saw it happen which sent me to my mole h*** to process for a second.
