Deep-dive completion counter not updating

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game and note the number of deep-dives completed in both the steam achievement and in game key performance indicator board
2. Complete a new deep-dive
3. Note no change in the steam achievement or key performance indicator counters for deep dives

Explanation

The game is not updating the number of deep-dives completed by the user. As of the latest update I believe the game is not tracking the number of deep-dives completed within the game. Both the steam achievement (Veteran Diver) and the in-game key performance indicator deep-dive completed counter do not increment after completion of a deep-dive.
I tested with all in-game mods disabled and there was no change in the behavior of the game.
During my testing I have completed 3-4 new deep-dives (from what steam and the KPI board has as my total completed) after which, neither of the mentioned counters incremented.
Attached is the log file from a session where I completed a new deep-dive and experienced the same game behavior.
