Steps to Reproduce

1. Having the host speed through results
2. Close the MP lobby while others are still in, or transitioning

Explanation

A friend closed the multiplayer lobby while I was still in the black screen loading transition from the results screen, to moving about the Ramrod. This cause the game to freeze on the black screen and forced me to terminate via alt-tab, and "Stop" command through Steam interface.
