Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick up a throwable
2. Attempt to immediately charge up a throw
3. Observe that sometimes it works properly, and sometimes it does a minimum strength throw with no warning

Explanation

When attempting to throw an object you can pick up, sometimes you instantly throw it at the weakest possible strength.
