Steps to Reproduce

1. Tested with 2-3 people at depth 2, assault pace Cautious, 5 separate missions in a row, lengths 4-6
2. Go into said missions, never get the upgrade to show up.

Explanation

"Boom You're Dead" upgrade never shows up anymore since the latest update
