Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Custom game
2. Add 2 survivors and any killer.
3. Move survivors adjacent to eachother as shown in the video.
4. Observe inability to move from position outside of killer intervention.

Explanation

Survivors cannot move from their position on a boat in backwater when adjacent to each other.
