Steps to Reproduce
- Add any perk which can add an instance of haste to clown. Such as agitation. As well as his two invigoration increasing add-ons. Bringing yellow bottle to 17% haste.
- Down a survivor, throw a yellow bottle on their body as you pick them up, see the 18% haste from agitation is only applying 9%
Explanation
Per the patch notes "Modifiers granted from Killer Power and Survivor Item add-ons are excluded from diminishing returns." However the Clown's yellow bottles invigoration count as a first instance of haste, and any additional instances will be affected by diminishing returns.
Add any perk which can add an instance of haste to clown. Such as agitation. Down a survivor, throw a yellow bottle on their body as you pick them up, see the 18% haste from agitation is only applying 9%
