Steps to Reproduce
- Equip perks that give the same effect
- Make sure there's no diminishing returns.
Explanation
The "Diminishing Returns" modifier needs some work. It lacks visual feedback. I think for perks that give the same effect, you could show the percentage with the diminishing returns effect applied.
