Steps to Reproduce
- A full injured survivor with no healing progress at 0%.
- The survivor with the perk Second Wind heals alone.
- Only 99% progress is achieved towards the perk's activation.
- This issue was not present prior to patch 9.6.0.
Explanation
The perk Second Wind is bugged. Upon fully healing 1 survivor alone without missing skill checks, the perk progress only completes at 99%.
