Steps to Reproduce
- set graphics to ultra
- the flashing lights depend on the map and location on the map
Explanation
when graphicss are set to ultra, green or blue flashing lights appear on the screen. Size and Inntensity differ from loaction to loaction. When looking around the light gets more intense, and when stop looking around the light fades out a bit.
Especially on Dead Dawg Saloon in the Saloon its really bad.
