Actual Result:	The lower part of the coat is completely stiff, and the sweater underneath clips choppily with any pair of pants.
Expected Result:	A normal look, with the sweater properly layering over each lower pair of cosmetics + The jacket itself to not lack proper physics.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I believe this paid cosmetic, should be of high quality and not have a broken appearance with even default/prestige pairs of pants, or other paid bottoms.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the "Woolen Jacket & Sweater" cosmetic.
2. Additionally equip either the "Student Casual Jeans, Tailored Professional, or Muddy Denims & Suede Boots" cosmetics.
3. View it in the store, lobby, or load into a match to view the clipping issues.

Explanation

Nancy Wheeler's "Woolen Jacket & Sweater" cosmetic, currently clips with every pair of pants she has in the game. Additionally, it also has poor physics on the lower part of her body, appearing completely stiff and sticking in one spot of her body, looking rather unnatural.
