Additional Notes & Comments:	As I said another reporter reported that add-ons that give him aura read on Doctor's hallucinations on any madness level were bugged. His report got closed but he still wrote in the comments in it that he can see it without add-ons on second level. I tested it out and yes you get the normal aura show on the hallucinations when survivor is on second level without add-ons. This of course should not happen as with his base power he can only see them on madness level 3.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Doctor without add-ons
2. Shock a survivor until they are at second level of madness
3. Observe that you see the aura of hallucinations for the normal duration when they spawn

Explanation

Doctor's hallucinations show aura on second level of madness without using the add-ons that would allow that as in base power he should be only seeing them when on the third level of madness. Tested this out after another reporter commented about it in closed up bug report that he mistakenly thought the add-ons were bugged and made him mistaken how the power should work because the power being bugged.
