Additional Notes & Comments:
I have not attempted to reproduce this bug, but given the nature of it I suspect it should be very easy to reproduce once an Eye or Hand of Vecna artifact appears.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip "Ivory Memento Mori" offering as The Lich.
  2. One Survivor equips Eye/Hand of Vecna.
  3. Get aforementioned equipped Survivor to second hook state to enable "Retrieve Artifact" special Mori.
  4. Down the equipped Survivor again and use the "Retrieve Artifact" special Mori on them.
  5. Get a second Survivor with neither the Eye nor Hand of Vecna equipped to second hook state.
  6. Down second Survivor and attempt to use normal Mori.

Explanation

I found that the Ivory Memento Mori's one Mori usage on a Survivor that has reached the second hook state is used by The Lich's "Retrieve Artifact" special mori. I found this after very purposefully using the "Retrieve Artifact" special Mori on a Laurie Strode that had found and used the Hand of Vecna to save my Mori for another Survivor. This is despite earlier plans to use the Mori on her specifically (thus why I brought the Ivory Memento Mori over any other offering), for the sake of streamlining a Tome challenge relating to killing the Obsession (which she was) that I had at 9/10 kills. Later however, I downed a Jill Valentine who was on her second hook state, and while attempting to Mori her I found only the "Pick Up" prompt appeared. I admittedly did not attempt to Mori her without the prompt due to not wanting to look like an idiot, so I instead picked her up and went to hook her. I was hoping to Mori her for extra Bloodpoints and to save time that I assumed an injured Vittorio would spend getting away, so I was plenty disappointed to learn my earlier careful choice of using the special Mori over the normal Mori meant nothing.
