Iri Addon "Video Tape" for Pig not working - none of the survivors is wearing traps at the start

When choosing the Video Tape Add-On for The Pig it is not putting the reverse bear traps on the survivors at the beginning of the match. I tried it twice in a row and it didn't put it on either time.
