Video Media Glitching with Checker Patterns During Intro and Tomes

Actual Result:	White checkered pattern and flashing lights over dark and/or black colored spots in video media
Expected Result:	Smooth color, no flashing or white checkered pattern.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or if it's an issue on my end but at first I thought it was just apart of the new trailer until I saw it on every other video media.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dead by Daylight on PC via Steam steam or shortcut
2. In the menus, click the intro movie icon
3. Observe
4. If further evidence is needed, click on the Tomes icon
5. Choose a Tome including video media
6. Observe

Explanation

The video media in Tomes and the intro movie are glitching. Black colored parts of the media are shown flickering with white checker patterns covering the area.
