Actual Result:	The claudette in the game was not able to snap out of it, however the bots in custom games did snap out of it.
Expected Result:	When reaching Tier Three Madness, the bots will press the required button to start the 'snap out of it' process and then return to Tier One once completed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a player leave the match
2. Have the bot reach tier tree madness
3. Unsure if this is consistent among all bots however as in customs they were able to snap out of it.

Explanation

Claudette Bot did not know how to calm herself down from Tier Three Madness from The Doctor. She would run around and move up to things as if she would repair the generator or heal, but she didn't do anything. She ended up just screaming and running around the map.
