Steps to Reproduce
- Equip the perk Do No Harm
- Start healing any teammate who has at least one hook stage
- Notice how the bar fills up faster than usual, but does not turn yellow
- Perform any other action faster (i.e, repairing with a toolbox) and notice how that does turn the bar yellow
- Conclude that Do No Harm is missing this visual indicator that a faster action speed is in play
Explanation
The progress bar for healing a Survivor while using Do No Harm does not turn yellow.
The Perk "Do No Harm" from Orela Rose has as its main effect that you heal teammates 50% faster per hook stage they have. So for a single hook stage, you heal them at 50% increased speed, and at two hook stages, you heal them at 100% increased speed.
However, in both instances the progress bar remains grey even though it fills up quite fast. I believe this has been the case since the perk's release. With the current way of colour-coding faster and slower actions, it would make sense if Do No Harm also got the yellow bar any time it was actively being used.
