Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open recording software and begin recording.
  2. Load into a game with a survivor and the Onryo.
  3. Demanifest as the Onryo while within sight of a survivor.
  4. View the recordings from the perspectives of the Onryo and the nearby survivor.
  5. Count the duration of the Onryo's invisibility from both perspectives.

Explanation

Sadako / the Onryo's demanifestation flickers are still incorrectly desynced from the perspectives of killer and survivor.

Patch 7.5.0. boosted her invisibility during demanifestation to 1200 milliseconds. While she does appear to be roughly invisible for this duration from the perspective of killer, survivors see a static flicker of visibility roughly 250 milliseconds before they are supposed to (making the 'buff' she received completely irrelevant).

While this issue was allegedly addressed in 8.4.0, which claimed that the team "Fixed an issue that caused the Onryo's Demanifest invisibility duration to be shorter than intended," this issue remains as of the 9.6.2. build.
