Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Nurse.
2. Load onto the map "Sanctum of Wrath"
3. Blink through the walls shown in the video and notice your screen goes black.

Explanation

The Nurse's screen goes black as she teleports through the big building in the middle of the "Sanctum of Wrath" map.
