Expected Result:	I expect the game not to freeze every time I attempt to use basic functions of my console

Additional Notes & Comments:	I have attempted all fixes and can confirm it is a problem to do with your servers and stability

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pressing the Xbox guide button at any point
2. Pressing any ‘search’ button which will bring up the Xbox keyboard
3. Attempting to buy auric cells

Explanation

Unstable servers, playing Dead by Daylight on Xbox and bringing up the Xbox user interface by any means will cause the game to freeze then crash immediately.
It’s rendered it impossible to read messages sent by others, invite friends or join invitations along with also making it impossible for me to make any purchases using the in-game store.
