Steps to Reproduce

1. The bug where bumping into survivors mainly happens in hallways and on windows.
2. The bug where the survivor instantly frees themselves from your grasp often happens on parts of the map where the survivor can drop into a lower part.

Explanation

Wesker's power is still extremely broken for me. Sometimes the power randomly canceles, sometimes i bump into a survivor instead of snatching them. If my powers do work and i snatch them, sometimes they just get out of my grip instantly.
